About Us

House of Aesthetics Empower was founded by Selam and Menera with a clear and urgent mission: to open doors for individuals who are too often excluded from training and career opportunities within the aesthetics industry.Both founders saw first-hand how barriers such as high tuition fees, limited access to professional networks, and a lack of inclusive learning environments prevent many talented people - especially those from marginalised or low‑income backgrounds - from entering the field.House of Aesthetics Empower was created to challenge this inequality. Through affordable, accessible, and community‑focused training, the organisation ensures that people who may have previously felt shut out can gain the skills, confidence, and qualifications needed to succeed. Selam and Menera built the programme on the belief that everyone deserves the chance to pursue a meaningful career, regardless of their financial situation or starting point.
